Panchase and Annapurna Panorama Trek

A moderate trek of less than a week, an ideal holiday for all types of people from family, school / collage groups and corporate personal, as this leads with short good moderate walk offering tremendous views on daily walks. Foot and Shadows Walking Holiday Tours to Panchase Hill & Annapurna Panorama  trekking  starts with a scenic drive to scenic touristic Pokhara where the Annapurna mountains reflects on its pristine Phewa / Begnas Lakes. Walk follows on off trails seldom visited by other trekkers, where you can enjoy the walk with peaceful surrounding within beautiful alpine woodland. Journey finally leads to an uphill climb at Panchase Hill at 2,510 m the highest spot of this trip with mind super panorama of mountains and stunning sunrise views. Return trek leads through Gurung village of Bhaudare and to Naudanda as the walk continues to wonderful viewpoints at Sarankot famous for mountain views and sunrise, this spot popular for Paragliding also. After a magnificent time in the high hills concluding Panchase Hill & Annapurna Panorama trekking at picturesque Pokhara with a drive back to Kathmandu, after great services of Foot and Shadow Walking Holiday Tours and its friendly guides and staff.

Outline Itinerary:

Day 01:         Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.
Day 02:         Sightseeing tour and trek preparation.
Day 03:         Drive or fly to Pokhara 950m (30 mins flight and 6 hrs drive)
Day 04:         Drive and trek to Bhumdi village 1500m – 05 hrs.
Day 05:         Trek to Panchase Bhanjyang 2,200 m -05 hrs.
Day 06:         Hike to Panchase hill top 2,509m and trek to Bhadaure 1,670m.
Day 07:         Trek to Sarankot 1,460 via Naudanda village – 05 hrs.
Day 08:         Walk back to Pokhara via Lake Phewa – 04 hrs.
Day 09:         Drive / Fly to Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.
Day 10:         Depart Kathmandu for international flight homeward bound.

Day 01:         Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.

On reaching at Kathmandu international airport via respective airlines and countries, received by Foot and Shadow Walking Holiday staff and transfer to hotel in the heart of Kathmandu city, after getting refreshed our guide will brief with information on hotel, culture, do’s and don’ts and Panchase Hill & Annapurna Panorama trekking with welcome dinner.

Day 02:         Sightseeing tour and trek preparation.
After breakfast our city guide will take you on sightseeing tour at places of interest as Kathmandu valley full of world heritage sites with temples, monasteries, stupa’s and old king’s palace after an enjoyable interesting tour back to hotel, preparation for the trek to Annapurna area.

Day 03:         Drive or fly to Pokhara 950m – 06 hrs journey.
Morning travel by tourist coach or in private vehicle on the scenic highway towards amazing Pokhara valley driving leads through Himalayan foothills, on arrival at Pokhara transfer to respective hotels close to beautiful Phewa Lake with afternoon free for short walks.

( flying option a 30 minutes flight to Pokhara)

Day 04:         Drive and trek to Bhumdi village 1,500 m – 05 hrs.
Morning starts with two hour drive from Pokhara through farm villages and then on reaching at the end of the drive to begin the walk. A short climb on gradual trail brings to Bhumdi village with wonderful views of Annapurna Himalaya range overnight at simple local lodge.

Day 05:         Trek to Panchase Bhanjyang 2,200 m -05-hrs.
Trek begins with gentle climb into cool alpine forest of oaks and rhododendron tree lines with views of Annapurna peaks and Mt. Machhapuchhre, a pleasant trek for few hours till lunch, and then uphill climb with a descend to overnight stop at Panchase Bhanjyang 2,200 m,  at the base of Panchase hill offering  views of snow-capped mountain range.

Day 06:   Hike to Panchase hill 2,509m and trek to Bhadaure village 1,670m.
Morning hike to Panchase hill top located at 2,510 m for super panorama of Mt. Dhaulagiri, Annapurna and Mt. Manaslu range of mountains, beside views of peaks, a holy spot where local pilgrims visits here on religious festivals once a year in auspicious time.  After an enjoyable time downhill to Bhanjyang, continue walk to Bhadaure village through serene forest till Bhadaure village, a moderate size Gurung village with views of Dhaulagiri and Annapurna South.

Day 07:         Trek to Sarankot 1,460 m via Naudanda and Kaski-kot – 05 hrs.
Morning with views of mountains heading on the trail where few trekkers seldom walk on this trail, a pleasant walk with last  climb reaches at Naudanda with magnificent views of Annapurna Himalaya. From Naudanda our route leads along the ridge line and into warmer country at Hindus villages of Brahmin and Chettries people, walk winds up reaching at famous Sarankot for last overnight stop. Sarankot a popular place for sunrise and views of mountains, the tallest spot around Pokhara valley at 1, 460 meters, beside stunning panorama famous for paragliding which is one of the most popular adventure sports around.

Day 08:         Walk back to Pokhara via Lake Phewa – 04 hrs.

Morning catch the gorgeous sunrise with range of snowcapped mountains, after breakfast walk downhill to reach at Phewa Lake to conclude this short morning walk, after a marvelous time up in the high hills Panchase Hill & Annapurna Panorama trekking.

Day 09:         Drive to Kathmandu.
Morning a drive to Kathmandu after a wonderful experience to Panchase Hill & Annapurna Panorama trekking, on reaching Kathmandu transfer to respective hotels with afternoon free at leisure for individual activities and shopping.

Day 10:         Depart Kathmandu for international flight homeward bound.
Last day in amazing Nepal, after a wonderful time at Panchase Hill & Annapurna Panorama trekking with grand services of Foot and Shadow Walking Holiday Tours, as per your international flight departure and reporting time, our guide and staff transfer you to airport for your onward flight homeward bound or to next respective countries.
